You can always find Carson hard at work in the
theatre. Whether he's putting the work into building a
character as an actor, planning to achieve his artistic
vision as a director, or even creating his very own new
work as a writer/composer; he is a self proclaimed lover
of the arts and creative soul.

In May of 2023, he graduated from the University of
Montevallo with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical
Theatre where he was able to hone his craft and
interests. His plan after the current contract he is on is
to move to New York to further pursue his artistic
endeavors.

Born and raised in a small town called Arab, Alabama,
Carson's interest in theatre was nurtured from a young
age allowing his love for the craft to grow to a
professional level where he strives to make this art form
fun and accessible for all. He is a proud alum of both Arab
Musical Theatre and Lighthouse Theatre Company.

Though he's an introvert and great listener, he is a true
funnyman at his core who loves to make people laugh. He
hopes he brightens up every rehearsal room he enters.

Carson was nominated for "Best Direction of a Play" in the 2023 BroadwayWorld
Birmingham Awards, honoring his direction of Molly Smith Metzler's Elemeno Pea.

Carson wrote, directed, and stage
managed his own work!
"Starpower" was a labor of love
surrounded by people that truly
made it work. It was interesting
for him to get to fully realize this
idea he had to a full-fledged
production.

Carson is currently working on a few
different new works.

One is a play he is writing with
HARMONY Grace Leverett dealing with
greek life and hazing CULTURE.

Another piece is a musical
comedy/thriller about 8 camp
counselors after summer camp has
ended who deal with some
paranormal activity.

Additionally, he’s working on other
less developed pieces. He hopes to get
one of his new works on its feet in the
coming years.

Carson is thrilled to be at Hawks Cay Resort &
Marina as a Recreation Host and Performer! By
day, he brings adventure to life as a pirate
leading treasure hunts and keeps the energy
high with pool games for guests of all ages. By
night, he takes the stage with acoustic sets of
popular hits, making every moment
unforgettable!
